2 cups quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup dessicated coconut
1 tbsp baking cocoa
1 cup butter
3/4 cup raw sugar
1 tbsp golden syrup
For decoration:
2 to 3 tsp mixed nut flakes
Cook the butter, golden syrup and sugar in a heavy
saucepan till it melts.
Remove from heat and mix in the oats, coconut and
cocoa. Pour into a greased square baking tin.
Bake at 350 deg-F for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with the nut flakes. Cut into slices while
still warm.
